Superior's Global HSEQ Expectations require that Business Unit Management establish, implement, and maintain processes, protocols and/or procedures to identify the potential for emergency situations, to respond to such emergency situations, periodically test procedures (drills), and periodically review procedures in accordance with applicable local requirements. In addition, employees shall be trained in their respective facility emergency preparedness processes, protocols and/or procedures.
